A site survey is available for £150.00 plus VAT, with installation pricing determined based on the survey results.
Installation of gas and electric models starts from £460.00 plus VAT. This rate applies to deliveries with level access to a ground floor site, where all necessary services are located within 1 meter of the final machine location. We provide all required connection materials, labour, and commissioning sheets to ensure a seamless installation process.

Rational Install Survey

What will happen prior to the survey?
A member of the service team will contact you to confirm a suitable day for one of our technicians to come and visit your kitchen. We will also give you a courtesy call the day before to make sure everything is still convenient and confirm our estimated attendance time.

What happens on the day of the survey?
Our engineer will attend and meet with you and will talk through where you would like your new Rational combi installed. They will check that all of the required services are in place such as electrical/gas supply, water supply, ventilation and waste access. They will check walkways, doors and lifts to assess the easiest and safest route to bring the equipment to your desired location. Our Technicians will be happy to answer any questions that you may have on the day.

What happens after the Survey?
We will send you a copy of the technicians report and any recommendations that they have in relation to modifying the available services. The report will also include our quote to complete the work for you. If you are happy to proceeded, we will get an install date booked in to suit you and you are now just one step away from using your new Rational equipment!
